Refund policy

Excella Automotive is committed to customer satisfaction, and we understand that occasionally, returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  • Return Eligibility:

    • Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless approved by Excella Automotive staff.
    • Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (MRA) reference code from our customer service team before initiating any return or exchange.
  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at 647 895 0199 or ExcellaAutomotiveToronto@gmail.com. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer service team will assess the request and provide an MRA reference code if approved. Instructions on how to return the item will also be provided.
  • Shipping Charges for Returns:

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges, except in cases where Excella Automotive is at fault for shipping an incorrect item.
    • If Excella Automotive is at fault for sending the wrong item, both the return shipping for the incorrect item and the shipping for the new/correct item will be covered by Excella Automotive.
  • Refund or Exchange Processing:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped promptly.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Return Shipping Address:

    • The return shipping address will be provided by our customer service team upon obtaining the MRA reference code.
  • Returns for Special Order Items / Used items:

    • Special order items may be subject to additional return restrictions. Customers will be informed of any such restrictions during the order confirmation process.
    • Used items are final sale, unless Excella Automotive is at fault for shipping wrong item.
  • Restocking Fee:

    A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all approved returns, except in cases where Excella Automotive is at fault for shipping the wrong item. Please note the following conditions regarding the restocking fee:

    • Conditions for Restocking Fee:

      • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless it was Excella Automotive's fault for sending the wrong item.
      • No restocking fee will be applied if the item is in its undamaged original packaging and has not been installed in a vehicle.
    • Excella Automotive's Fault:

      • If the return is due to an error on Excella Automotive's part, such as sending the wrong item, the restocking fee will be waived, and return shipping costs will be covered by Excella Automotive.
    • Undamaged Original Packaging:

      • To avoid the restocking fee, the item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and with all original tags.
    • Installed Items:

      • Installed items, or items that show signs of use, cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
    • Restocking Fee Deduction:

      • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount issued for the returned item.
